NamPost is recruiting a Supervisor: Bancassurance (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Organize, supervise, and guide the overall Bancassurance operations covering all Bancassurance administration relating to all Bancassurance products. Ensure that there is optimal use of resources, systems, and staff, in the delivery of services
- Effective and efficient bancassurance systems administration oversight
- Operational processing efficiency for all bancassurance products
- Stakeholder engagement
- Bancassurance products and services improvement
- Supervision of staff
- Money orders administration
- Reporting
Requisites
- Relevant Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related Commerce field
- Five years relevant Banking or Insurance industry experience of which two years in team-leader/supervisory role
- Accurate
- Analytical
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Good communicator
- Systematic and able to consider solutions technically and i.t.o consequences in the business unit context as well as from a practical operational perspective. Attentive to detail and proficient in written and spoken English
- Computer Literate
- Assertive and decisive
- Able to lead and motivate people
- Hardworking and initiative-taking with sound knowledge of banking and/or insurance products
- Customer service orientated
