• Job Design and Evaluation Process
• Coordinates Employee Skills Development Interventions
• Coordinates Performance Management
• Talent Management Programmes Coordination
• Psychometric Assessment
• Assess the Workforce Competency Gaps
• Conducts Training Courses
• Evaluation of Training Interventions
• Training and Development Budget Control
• Professional Development and Growth
• Culture Change Management
• Organizational Structure Transformation

Requisites

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Development
• NQF Level 7
• Five (5) years specialist level Organizational Development OD)
• Performance Management and employee training environment
• Proven Experience on sage 300 people (Job Profile
• Management and Performance Management Module)
• Competencies/Skills:
• Psychometric Assessments
• Supervision Principles and Practices
• Analysis and Reporting on HR related data
• Generally accepted OD Principles and Practices
• Performance Management
• Training and Development Systems
• HR Software
