Description
- To perform administrative and secretarial functions for the Finance Director and provide administrative support to the entire Admin & Finance Division to ensure smooth running of the whole Admin & Finance Department Functions
Duties
- Administer and order consumables/materials for the entire Admin & Finance Division
- Perform administrative and secretarial tasks for the Admin & Finance Division
- Manage both hard copy and electronic record keeping systems
- Create purchase requisitions on SAP
- Arrange travel for international and domestic engagements
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
- Organize social and corporate functions
- Compile monthly reports
- Perform general administration and ad hoc duties
Requisites
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum of 2-3 years secretarial/administrative experience
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency)
- SAP Knowledge
- Verbal & Written communication
- Strong Administration Skills
- Numerical skills
- Attention to detail
- Planning and organizing
