Standard Bank is recruiting a Specialist, Investor Relations (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To ensure analysis of financial results and contribute to messaging for internal and external parties
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in and around the IR (Investor Relations) function
- Investor Relations benchmarking and competitor analysis
Requisites
- NQF Level 7 qualification equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting
- Honors Degree in Finance and Accounting
- CA (NAM) or (SA)
- 3 years Financial Accounting
- 5 years Investor Relations
- Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Investor Relations related materials, conference arrangements and Investor & Analyst Management and Analysis
- Provide Year end, Interim Results and Analyst Day Process
- Manage Financial Information
- Provide Relevant Reports and insights on all financial management activities
- Rating Agency relationship management
- Arranging/scheduling and assisting in preparation for meetings and presentations
