O&L Leisure is recruiting a Practitioner Employee Engagement & Culture (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To plan, coordinate and drive implementation of various activities aligned to the O&L Group Culture and Employee Engagement Strategies across all Leisure Properties to support and create a holistic meaningful employment experience
- Execution of Culture & EE (E-Experience) Strategy execution
- Provide input into EE & Culture strategy formulation as per Group Strategy, including O&L Leisure Strategy
- Drive Employee Engagement activities
- Coordinate and administer logistical and other arrangements related Employee Engagement activities as directed by O&L Leisure and Group Culture & Employee Engagement
- Develop effective journey map program and relevant initiatives for Leisure (pre-date of engagement and key milestones during the employment journey period)
- Compile monthly report on Culture & EE interventions conducted
- Measure and track impact of initiatives
- Explore innovative ways of effective employee communication
- Drive and implement Employee Wellness initiatives, campaigns communicated by the Group Employee Health & Wellness department
Requisites
- Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Communications and Engagement
- MS Office proficient
- Knowledge of the Principles of Culture & Engagement
- Valid Code B Drivers Licence
