O&L Leisure is recruiting an Organizational Development & Talent Specialist (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To design and execute Human Capital programmes which are aligned to the O&L Group Organizational Development and Talent Strategy across all properties in O&L Leisure so as to support business developments and promote engaging people experiences that will “Create a Future and Enhance Life”
Duties
  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for the business and other talent function
  • Translate the Group OD and Talent Strategy into O&L Leisure OD & Talent Strategy
  • Execute all O&L Group OD & Talent strategic initiatives at O&L Leisure according to the O&L standards
  • Analyze, forecast, and plan workforce supply and demand, assess gaps, and identify HR management interventions to ensure the organization has the right skills in place at the right time to deliver the 2025 Breakthrough Strategy
  • Assist the HC Manager with Manpower Plans and Budgets
  • Ensure all positions have been analyzed and documented on the O&L Job Profile Template, indicating the requirements and the key deliverables expected from each position
  • Source talent for vacancies according to the O&L Recruitment and Onboarding Policy and Procedure, ensuring fit for culture
  • Implement an effective onboarding program which will impact a positive employment experience for newcomers, providing them with assistance to operate productively in their role as soon as possible
  • Responsible for work schedule management across all properties, overseeing time and attendance management and compliance to overtime and short time procedures in line with contractual working hours of employees
  • Manage salaries in line with relevant industry salary scales and manpower budget
  • Execute the O&L Group Culture and Engagement strategy within O&L Leisure
  • Implement employee engagement programs to continuously build a healthy trust relationship between People Managers and employees
  • Research, design and implement OD projects, in consultation with the Group Manger OD, to address operational requirements aligned to the HR and Breakthrough Strategy of the Company
Requisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology
  • A minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a large and diverse professional services and corporate environment
  • Valid Code B Drivers Licence
